• For damaged products, please provide an unpacking video along with clear images showing the visible damage. Once verified, your refund will be processed within 7 – 8 business days after we receive the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling
• Size-related issues arising from incorrect selection by the customer
• Minor color or print variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Refunds
